TCE625X

Extreme hardness for the toughest applications

TCE625X is an advanced EHLA (Extreme High‑Speed Laser Application) coating developed by Technoplating Group for industries facing the harshest wear challenges. This ultra‑hard layer provides exceptional protection against abrasive wear, impact and corrosion even under relentless mechanical stress. Due to its metallurgical fusion with the base material the coating forms a permanent and seamless barrier that stays firmly intact throughout the component’s service life.

An next-generation EHLA coating for extreme wear resistance

TCE625X is engineered with a modified powder composition in which carbides are added to the alloy. These carbides form a dense structure within the coating. The result is a layer with very high hardness, offering strong resistance against abrasive wear and harsh operating conditions.

Benefits of TCE625X

TCE625X delivers a unique set of advantages, with its extreme hardness and outstanding wear resistance standing out as the most critical benefits.

Extreme Wear Resistance

The ultra‑hard surface protects components from abrasive materials like sand, gravel and ore.

High‑Load and Impact Durability

Even under heavy mechanical stress or repeated impact, TCE625X maintains its structural integrity and adhesion.

Strong Corrosion Protection

While optimized for hardness TCE625X still provides excellent defense against rust, saline exposure and aggressive chemicals.

Thermal Shock and Temperature Resilience

Performs reliably in fluctuating temperatures and harsh operating conditions, from freezing cold to intense heat.

Reduced  Downtime

By protecting against extreme wear and failure, the coating helps minimize unexpected breakdowns and ensures higher equipment availability.
