What is Belt Polishing?
Belt polishing is a mechanical surface refinement technique that uses an abrasive belt to process cylindrical surfaces. Mounted on a rotating contact wheel, the abrasive belt removes fine irregularities and improves the uniformity of the surface texture — with minimal material removal.
